Plastered – Full Refurb with Damp Solution

We refurbished this older build property from top to bottom. Giving it a fresh new look and protecting it from the elements of the weather for years to come. Here is a list of tasks completed during this project refurb.

Full refurb and damp solution….

• We chipped the whole house inside and out, employed a company to inject a silicone membrane into walls to form a dpc
• Replastered inside and outside.
• Some new pvc windows fitted
• New pvc fascia and soffit and also guttering
• Repared chimneys and plastered and new flues
• New skirting, architrave and doors
• Some electrics repared and new bathroom fitted
• Lowered yard, fitted new sewer pipes and concreted.
• New insulated flat roof
